1. Acceptance of Terms

to the following Terms and Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before utilizing our
services or storing your luggage with one of our partner locations. If you do not agree to these
Terms, you may not use our services.

2. Pre-Booking & Payment

Customers can reserve luggage storage in advance to ensure availability. No upfront payment is
required—payments are made directly at the selected storage location upon drop-off. Reservations
are held for a limited time, and customers are encouraged to inform us if their plans change. If a
customer does not show up within a reasonable timeframe, the reservation may be canceled to
accommodate other travelers.

3. Luggage Storage Responsibility

Customers are advised to store valuable or fragile items at their own risk, as Luggage Corner does
not assume liability for individual storage locations. It is the customer’s responsibility to properly
close, lock, and secure their luggage before handing it over.

4. Liability & Insurance

The shop owner is obligated to ensure appropriate insurance coverage for stored luggage, covering
potential risks such as damage, loss, or theft. Luggage Corner itself is not liable for any loss, theft, or
damage, as all storage services are provided by independent partner locations. Customers should
inquire at the specific location regarding insurance coverage and liability policies before storing their
luggage. If a dispute arises regarding lost or damaged luggage, the resolution will be handled directly
between the customer and the storage provider.

5. Access, Pick-Up & Extensions

  • Luggage must be retrieved within the agreed time frame. If customers need to extend the
    storage period, they must inform the storage location before the agreed pickup time to
    arrange an extension.
  • If the agreed pickup time is exceeded, the price difference for the additional storage time
    must be paid according to the store’s pricing policy.
  • Customers must inform the storage location in advance if they plan to pick up their
    luggage outside regular opening hours to arrange access. Additional fees may apply for
    after-hours pickups.
  • Storage locations are not obligated to open outside regular business hours unless this has
    been explicitly agreed upon in advance. If a customer arrives late and the location is
    closed, the store is not responsible for immediate access, and the pickup will need to be
    rescheduled within opening hours.
  • Unclaimed luggage beyond a certain timeframe may be reported to local authorities or
    handled according to the storage provider’s policies.

6. Storage Conditions

6.1 Maximum Storage Duration

There is no fixed maximum storage duration. However, if your luggage is not retrieved within 30
days of the agreed-upon pickup date, and we or the partner location cannot contact you, we reserve
the right to dispose of it at our discretion without any liability.
Any costs incurred in connection with unclaimed luggage (including disposal fees) may be charged
to you.

6.2 Size and Weight Limits

There is no fixed maximum storage duration. However, if your luggage is not retrieved within 30
days of the agreed-upon pickup date, and we or the partner location cannot contact you, we reserve
the right to dispose of it at our discretion without any liability.
Any costs incurred in connection with unclaimed luggage (including disposal fees) may be charged
to you.

7. Modification of Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this
page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of our services after the posting of
revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

8. Termination of Service

We may, at our sole discretion, terminate or suspend your access to our services if you violate these
Terms or if we believe your actions may cause legal liability for us or our partners.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Sri Lanka. Any disputes
arising out of or related to these Terms or the use of our services shall be submitted to the exclusive
jurisdiction of the competent courts in Sri Lanka.
